Teen Driver Education – Online Driver’s Classes

Driver education is a requirement for all teens in Georgia who want to get their driver license, but completing a course in a classroom can be difficult for teens and parents to schedule around school, homework and other activities. By using our online course, teens in Georgia can now satisfy their legal requirements from the comfort of their own homes, working whenever they want!

The state of Georgia passed Joshua’s Law in 2005; the law requires all teenagers applying for a class D driver licenses to complete a state-licensed driver education course. Our 30 hour online driver education course is licensed by the State of Georgia and is compliant with Joshua’s Law.

The course is divided into 11 modules, which you can complete at your own pace. Each module includes subunits and workbooks to keep you focused, and at the end of each module there is a quiz.

Georgia DDS requires that Driver Education Courses are 30 hours long, and our course has a timer to ensure you spend the required amount of time studying the material. When you have completed all of the modules, passed all of the quizzes and satisfied this time requirement, you will be able to take the 30 question comprehensive final exam and complete the course. You’ll need to answer at least 70% of the questions correctly to pass. But don’t worry, you can retake the final as many times as you would like at no additional cost.

When you finish the course the DDS will be notified and you will receive an official Georgia DDS Certificate of Completion by email!
